Deer Fence Kits by McGregor

We offer affordable deer fence kits in heights of 7, 7.5, and 8 feet and lengths of 100 to 500 feet. If you need a 6-footer or are planning a really long fence (over 500 feet) ask us for a free quote and we’ll provide it promptly.

Our kits feature polypropylene, metal hexagrid, or welded wire fencing in lengths of 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 feet. They come with key features that other kits lack — including a staked bottom fold that keeps deer from nosing under the fence and brace bands that prevent fencing from sliding down the posts. They also come with a wide range of optional accessories — gates. corner and end braces, top support wires, metal hex bottom barriers for poly fences, extra posts for snow-prone places, and installation tools.

Low Cost

Our deer fence kits are the best bargains you’ll find anywhere. That’s because they’re really well designed. They’ve got all the parts you need but nothing more. And our accessories are low-priced too. So browse our kits and choose one suited to your needs. We guarantee you’ll be glad you did.

The Best Height

With a push and a shove, some white-tail deer can jump 8 feet. However, Nature tells them not to jump so high unless they are in a panic (frightened by a hungry mountain lion or an angry homeowner). That’s because they don’t know precisely where they’ll land, and a deer with a broken leg has poor survival chances. Nevertheless, they will jump 3, 4, and 5-foot fences with alacrity. Sometimes they’ll even jump 6-footers. But they’ll virtually never jump a 7-footer just to get to browse.

That means a 7-foot deer fence kit is really what you need. If you want complete peace of mind and have deep pockets, get a 7.5 or 8-footer. But 7 feet is what many years of experience have shown to be the best and most cost-effective choice.
