Polypropylene Fence Kits

Polypropylene deer fences are the best choice for those on a tight budget. We offer kits for creating these basic no-frills plastic fences in three heights (7, 7.5, and 8 feet), many lengths (100 to 500 feet in 50-foot increments), and three strengths (Tenax C-flex Select, extra strength, and maximum strength).  All these kits feature round black steel posts that look well in suburban and estate settings. Posts in the 7.5 and 8-foot kits also come with drive sleeves for ease of installation.

If you have rabbits or woodchucks (aka ground hogs) in the area being protected, be sure to get a bottom barrier (a 2-foot-wide strip of metal hexagrid fencing) to supplement your fence kit. This barrier won’t stop woodchucks from burrowing under plastic fences, but it will prevent both rabbits and woodchucks from gnawing holes in these fences that deer can then enlarge to penetrate the fence.

If you want to take down your fence in the off-season, get one of our 7.5 or 8-foot plastic fence kits, because their posts come with drive sleeves from which the posts can be seasonally extracted. Then get our black poly weed barrier (inexpensive, sold separately) to keep grass, weeds, and vines from growing up into your fence.
